Book Traded Away

"Ya..."

Kirk paused to mull that option over, though it was hard to focus too much with his diaper nice and full. After a moment, though, he finished the question he'd started to ask in the first place, "You will?"

"Uh huh!" Lilly nodded, giving a glance to Jennie before continuing, "We'll clean ya up an' show ya the potty and everything!"

"Ooo..." The boy did definitely like the sound of that. Still, he had to be totally sure before he went giving up the book like this, "So, uh... No more stinky?"

Now it was Jennie who stepped up to answer, with an eager proclamation of, "Nope!"

"Huh...." Kirk thought about it a second more, but caused both girls to eep when he opened the book. After looking at its contents for a second, though, the boy quickly realized this wasn't going to do him a lot of good to keep anyway. Most of the words were big and funny, and he knew he couldn't read nearly as well as his four-year-old babysitters.

Thus, the girls were plenty happy when the boy handed the book over with no further hesitation.
