Stealthy Stinker

Silent as he could be, the diapered ninja edged closer to the doorway. His current ninja skills would easily get him that book, if it weren't for the smell of his poopy being sure to give him away.

Or maybe not... It was hard to smell it from where he was at, especially with the smell that was closest to him, but Kirk's nose could definitely pick up on something in the air of the living room. Smelled like microwaved dinners or something - in either case, being able to pick it up from where he was at meant that it would drown out his smell long enough for him to get that book. And then...

Well, he wasn't entirely sure what he would do to the traitors then. But whatever it was he would have all the time in the world to figure out, and so the ninja dashed out of the shadows of the hallway and silently entered the living room.

Tread silently on carpet threads. Move seamlessly to the precious book. The ninja's body flowed like water over the space between himself and the sought-object, nearing it with the slow smoothness of a magnetized nail. The girls, lying on their stomachs and facing the opposite direction, seemed totally unaware.

Until he was on it. A smirk visible even though his mask, the boy's mittened hand reached down and curled around the book's spine before he picked it up.

"Hey, do you have the black?" asked Jenn, as she gave her picture a once-over look. "I wanna draw the babies, but I don't have any for Cassie."

"Sure, lemme grab it!" Smiling ear-to-ear, Lilly turned around to grab the opened box of crayons, only for her eyes to fall on Kirk, now holding the book.
