Mandatory Cosplay

The two guys had started to step away, but before they could get too terribly far away from the trio of transformed girls posing as cosplayers, they froze.

The one with the beard seemed to change first and most obviously, his back seeming to expand on the spot much to the horror of the three girls (especially Katie, seeing as how she was the smallest of the lot); his clothes seemed to become a part of him, turning a strange shade of brown as did his flesh. His hair seemed to fall out as well, until finally the formerly bearded young man was now a misshapen, rocky creature. His painful moans stopped afterwards, but the man did not seem to immediately notice his new form.

"D-dude!"

The one in the jacket did not manage to focus on his transformed friend long, as he himself began to change.

At least, this change was a little more reserved. A little - his hair expanded a tad, coming down from where it ended at the top of his neck down to just past the bottom of it; his outfit changed as well, becoming a more fancy, elaborate thing.

Then the even weirder part came to pass. The man's hair became red, his skin growing a darker, kind of brownish color not unlike that of his friend -- though unlike his friend, the flesh remained flesh rather than turning to rock.

And a second later, he wasn't a 'he' anymore.
