Time Capsule Contents

Sonja was wearing a grey leotard with and eight pointed gold star on the chest. Black knee high boots and black elbow length gloves contrasted with a gold sash belt held by a gold eight-point star.

A translucent Anne and solid Robin stood next to her surrounded by a wall of pink and purple clouds.
Sonja gestured toward the clouds and the image of a thirty foot rocket ship appeared:
A door opened on the sided of the craft and objects flew out: a twelve foot tall scroll, a fifteen foot tall book, a 6 foot tall snow globe, eight foot tall hand bell, and a 7 foot tall candle.

"How did you do that?" Robin asked incredulously.

"Easy. We are sharing the same mind with the ghost of Anne from the future. We're inside a meditative trance so everything is subjective - like Professor X versus the Shadow King." <The only limits are our collective imaginations> Sonja's thoughts rang in Robin's head, <and you asked what Anne sent as equipment to help us repel the Venusian invasion. Think about it.>

Robin thought for a moment and realized that he could remember Anne crafting each of the items. As he thought of each one Sonja gestured at it with a smug look on her face. <I'm in your head too until we get this fixed.> Robin wasn't sure who originated the thought but distracted himself by observing that a golden glow surround each item as the thought of it:

A scroll of instructions - Keyed to the recipient, they give Anne's best advise to whoever opens the scroll. We won't need that since we have an echo of Anne's memories.

<"Venus Attacks" A role playing game based on the invasion detailing everything Anne was able to determine about the Venusians, resistance, magical spells, weapons and tactics. That would be more up your alley, Robin.> "Hey Anne, how can we cast spells if you are only a memory? I know you don't know the answer," the spandex clad teen smirked, "but do you recall what could have given me/us magical abilities?" Sonja shrugged and prepared to point out the next item.

"A frozen moment - this last ditch spell will remove the powers of the entire invasion force. Smash glass in case of emergency! I don't see why... Oh! If we don't defeat the invasion before depowering it then we'll only face reinforcements and a group of vengeful human Venoids. A gift from Xaos. Why did you include...?" <Okay, okay! I understand the concept of last ditch efforts> Sonja gave Anne a sullen stare.

Anne pointed at the next item: "The Hand bell of Liberty - this replica of the Liberty Bell contains the thoughts and memories of every man who died in defense of his country. The Venusians were eager to eradicate the memory of men who died in defense of their homes so I captured the spirit in documents and memorials that were being destroyed or replaced into this bell. It should defend the wielder against the Venusian hive-mind and could disrupt the hive-mind itself."
